It’s been another crazy year for many people with lifestyles still disrupted by COVID. But it’s been an amazing year for me and my family.

Highlights

  • First solo-authored paper: Published “Open source tools for geographic analysis in transport planning” in the Journal of Geographical Systems
  • 10DS Fellowship: Awarded an 18 month fellowship to work with the No. 10 Data Science team
  • Became a dad: The most rewarding event of my life!

Academic output

5 peer-reviewed papers in 2021, including solo-authored work on open source transport planning tools.

Looking ahead to 2022

More policy-relevant research, continuing the 10DS fellowship work, and enjoying fatherhood!
